What we design, build and maintain
Six areas of work. Each one covers the full path from understanding the requirement to supporting the result in production.
Custom Software Development
Software shaped around how your business actually works, not the other way around.
Off-the-shelf software asks you to change your process to fit its assumptions. When those assumptions are wrong, teams end up filling the gaps with spreadsheets, shared inboxes and manual re-entry. Custom software removes that gap by modelling your real workflow.
We build business applications that handle the work your current tools cannot: internal operations, data that lives in several systems at once, and the rules that are specific to your industry.
Problems it addresses
- Critical processes run on spreadsheets that only one person fully understands.
- Data is re-entered by hand between systems that do not talk to each other.
- An existing application still works but is expensive to change or maintain.
- Licensed software charges per seat for features the team never uses.
Capabilities
- Custom business and line-of-business applications
- Internal operational and back-office tools
- Management and workflow software
- Integrations between existing systems and third-party APIs
- Modernisation of ageing applications
- Reporting and data consolidation layers
Web Application Development
Secure, responsive web platforms your customers and your team can rely on.
A web application is the right answer when people need access from anywhere, on any device, with no installation. It is also the hardest thing to get right quietly: it has to be fast on a weak connection, correct under concurrent use, and safe with other people's data.
We build web applications that hold up on all three counts — customer portals, internal dashboards, booking platforms and management systems.
Problems it addresses
- Customers call or email for information they could serve themselves.
- Staff work in a system that only runs on the office desktop.
- The current site handles marketing but cannot handle transactions or accounts.
- Booking, scheduling or order intake happens over phone and WhatsApp.
Capabilities
- Customer and partner self-service portals
- Admin dashboards and operational consoles
- Business management platforms
- Online booking and scheduling systems
- Role-based access and authentication
- Third-party and payment gateway integration
Mobile Application Development
Android and iOS applications built from one maintainable codebase.
Mobile is worth building when the app does something the browser cannot do well: work offline, use the camera or GPS, send notifications, or sit on the home screen of a customer who opens it every week.
We develop applications for Android and iOS, using Flutter for cross-platform work where a single codebase serves both stores without compromising the experience.
Problems it addresses
- Customers expect to book, order or check status from their phone.
- Field staff need to record work on site, sometimes without a signal.
- Maintaining separate Android and iOS codebases costs twice as much.
- An existing app is outdated and no longer passes store review.
Capabilities
- Customer-facing applications for Android and iOS
- Internal business and field-operations apps
- Booking, ordering and ticketing applications
- Location-based and map-driven features
- Offline-capable data capture with sync
- Cross-platform development with Flutter
SaaS Product Development
One platform, many customers, each with their own account and separated data.
SaaS means software your customers reach over the internet and pay for by subscription, instead of installing it themselves. You run one platform. Each customer signs in to their own account, sees only their own data, and is billed on their own plan.
That model changes what the software has to do. It needs tenant separation, self-service sign-up, plan limits, billing that matches what people actually use, and the ability to ship updates to everyone without taking the service down. We build products with those requirements designed in rather than retrofitted.
Problems it addresses
- An internal tool works well and could be sold to others, but it was never built for multiple customers.
- A product idea needs to reach paying users before a large build is justified.
- Each new customer currently requires a separate deployment to maintain.
- Subscriptions, upgrades and cancellations are tracked by hand.
Capabilities
- Multi-tenant architecture with isolated customer data
- Subscription-based applications and plan management
- Customer dashboards and administrator consoles
- Authentication, roles and team-level access management
- Subscription and billing provider integration
- MVP development for new SaaS products
Entertainment Industry Solutions
Ticketing, kiosks and operations software for parks, attractions and venues.
Amusement parks, attractions and entertainment venues run on a short, intense operating day. Queues build at the gate, rides go out of service, staff move between posts, and the day's revenue has to be reconciled before anyone goes home.
We build the software side of that operation: ticket booking and reservations, QR-code entry, self-service kiosks, visitor apps, maintenance logging and the dashboards that tell management what happened today. We develop software for the industry; we do not manufacture rides or equipment.
Problems it addresses
- Entry queues are slow because tickets are issued and checked manually.
- Online bookings and counter sales are tracked in different places.
- Ride and equipment servicing is recorded on paper and hard to audit.
- Visitors cannot see attraction timings, availability or wait information.
Capabilities
- Ticket booking and reservation systems
- QR-code ticketing, scanning and gate validation
- Self-service ticket kiosks
- Visitor-facing mobile applications
- Attraction and facility information displays
- Operational dashboards for daily running
