When you complete the project enquiry form, we collect the details you enter:

• Your name
• Your business email address
• Your company name, if you choose to provide it
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• The service you are interested in
• The description of your project

You can also contact us by email instead of using the form, in which case we hold whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

This website is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel records technical request data such as IP address, browser user agent, requested page and timestamp in its server logs. We use this only to keep the site running and to investigate errors or abuse.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not currently run any analytics or marketing scripts on it. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

How we use your information

• To keep a record of our correspondence with you
• To operate and secure this website

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing mailing list from a form submission.

Service providers

We use a small number of third parties to run this website and handle enquiries. Each processes your information only to provide its service to us:

• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• Resend — delivers the enquiry form submission to us by email.
• Google — our company mailbox, where enquiries are received and stored.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox so that we have a record of the conversation. We remove enquiries that did not lead to a project when they are no longer useful to us, and we will delete your enquiry sooner if you ask. Hosting logs are kept according to Vercel's own retention periods.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, enquiry data is validated on the server before it is processed, and the form includes basic protection against automated spam. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, financial details or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of the enquiry details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Email saptavedatechnologies@gmail.com and we will act on your request. Providing information through the form is always voluntary — you can email us directly instead.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use information through this site, we will update this page and change the date shown above.
